Dear Photographers and Readers: DOUBLEtruck Magazine , as you might have noticed, has limited ads. It's subscription-based at present, by choice. Unfortunately, the production and printing costs are quite high. Bottom line: This magazine venture is not about making money, it is about showcasing amazing images and especially those that do not get the play they deserve. All those who want their images in DOUBLEtruck and those who work on it seem to understand this. Thank you one and all, this is a dream and would not possible without your help and love. DOUBLEtruck Magazine will pay photographers once we start breaking even. The magazine needs to get enough subscribers and/or sponsors to make this happen. Once we are out of the red, we will start paying a nice usage fee to each person whose image makes it into the magazine. More, on this once we get to that point. So, if you like what you see, subscribe and tell a friend and help make this dream a reality. DOUBLEtruck Magazine is growing with each issue. It is maturing nicely into a strong publication with a growing base. My thanks go out to our amazing photographers and staff who make this all possible. Kudos, one and all!
